R. Michael Gray is a 57-year old Licensed Professional Structural  Engineer and a Professional Licensed Real Estate Inspector (895) who specializes in home inspections and engineering foundation performance evaluations for real estate transactions.

Previous experience includes building homes for a large Greater Houston Area production builder.  Mr. Gray is a 1970 graduate of the College of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.  In addition to being a Professional Engineer, Mr. Gray is a Professional Level Licensed Real Estate Inspector and a Registered One and Two Family Dwelling Code Inspector.

Mr. Gray has authored two published technical papers on engineering foundation performance evaluations.  He has also presented seminars on foundation inspections and evaluations for the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors and Texas A&M University.

Professional Memberships include the American Society of Civil Engineers,  Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors, Houston Association of Real Estate Inspectors and the Foundation  Performance Association where he is a member of the Structural Committee.

Matt Gray is a graduate of the College of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.  He is a Licensed Real Estate Inspector (5904).  Past experience includes work as a structural engineer at Fluor Engineering Corporation and at DPIS Engineering Services, a local engineering company that specializes in residential slab-on-ground foundation and wood framing design.
